If there's someone who told you that you should do what you like, what you love because it'll make your life easier, that guy is a looney.
or that guy has never been there before. fighting for what he believes till he might just die instead of continuing living.

doing what you like often to be more selfish than your usual self.
that means, you will fight against the world.
THE WORLD !

it's not easy to follow your passion.
doing what you like doesn't mean you don't have to please others.

in fact,
it'd be much easier if what you love is to please others, haha.

it is absurdly not easy.
if you think that you're there, in reality you're not there yet.
you are just dreaming.
or got into a safe zone, stopped and stuck to your first milestone far from your supposed to have-long and greatest achievements.

so small....

but hey,
again, all the hard works will pay off in the end.
and it will mean so much that will make any man fall into tears of happiness
for all of the fighting all of the difficult moments, the hardest times
the most disappointing times
and break downs
losing hopes.

in the end, it will be all right
it will be bright

because if it's not
then it's not yet the end.

when I look for people to join our band at Jotter Production
I'm always looking for people that are not easy to break down.
People who doesn't live in his/her small safe zone.
People who are open to new possibilities.
And people who want his/her work to be enjoyed by as much people as it can be.

No small hearts.
No fuss.

They can be idealistic
a little bit selfish
but absolutely not a loser.

Because they will suffer
but will not fall because of it.

Work Hard, Play Hard

I've grown up with Japanese pop culture around me. Manga and anime infatuates me.
I've been born and live here in Indonesia for all of my life.
(No, even if I look like this, I am truly from Indonesia :P)

Several years later, today.
I've always admired on how (most) Japanese put such effort and hard work to their quality and details.
I've always admired on how laid back my fellow Indonesians could be (ones from Java island I'm sure of), how they can enjoy this paradise-like environment in this country.

I think it's good to be able to work hard to your most.
Like there's no tomorrow.

It's also good to be able to laid back to your most.
Like we'll live forever.

Thus, it's so irritating if I were to see each to the extreme.
People who keep working and working.
People who hate working.

Instead of favoring on one side of life.
It'd be great if we can have and do both.

We grow via hardships.
We become creative via limitations.

Step back and look around,
the world is very vast.
Step back and take your stance,
jump over the walls, the sea and all of the hurdles.

Don't slack off,
But don't kill yourself yet.

want to live for my passion.
Not only for the sake of trying to stay alive itself.

want this life to be worthy.
For all years I've throughout, for all years I have left to spend out.
