I think Jotter is in its teen age

I think Jotter Production is a teenager on a crossroad right now.
It's faced with options whether to grow up or stay a kid.

Should we scale up ?
Can we make it ?
Why should we leave our comfort zone ?

It's really hard to move on.
Because to move on, we need to let go some as well. I've never heard that you can always keep everything. Not as if it's a zero sum game though, but still, there are stuffs you can't keep.

I do know that if we stay still, it won't do good as well. Because, even if we do not change, others will.
Then when we got to some point, we'll be dead meat.

You know, it's cool to kickstart a startup.
It's cool to have your very own studio or company.
But be aware that the bigger power company you have, the bigger the responsibility is.
And that'll bring you headaches.
-You see, Spiderman Uncle Ben was right.
To grow up, we'll need strong financial support, human resources support, lean management and able to increase our market value.

Lots of dirty work there, gotta work harder than before, smarter than before.
While time won't wait.
It has to be now, not later.

That's why I'm looking for friends who I can count on, partners who I can trust. So that we can grow better and I'll get less headaches.
